Thanks for the comment - and the tips! Kitty's Crumble sounds interesting. Coconut Husks appeal to me... got me dreamin' of the South Seas, hammocks, warm sun drenched mice... anyway, I digress.

Now the regular dirt sounds very interesting as well. I'm thinking how fun that would be! Just a bag of potting soil and we're in business - to do our business. hmmm... I like, I like. Hey! Another thought.. what about sand. Just plain old beach sand. Oh, the possibilities...

Cat litter is a BIG issue with us, most seem to have artificial stuff or be bad for the cats and environment in some way. So lately I have been using dirt. Yeah dirt, as in cheap topsoil. It's not bad. Not good either, but the cats LOVE it! I checked out the Nature's Miracle but it's made with corn cobs, and the corn is probably GM (which is one of many reasons why I won't use World's Best) and I refuse to support any company that uses GMO's. While at Amazon, I did see Kitty's Crumble All Natural Coconut Husk Litter and it looks promising, I think I'll try it. Anyhow, thanks for the post!

Oh Daisy... I know we would get along just fine. I like a big litter box as well. The bigger the box, the more litter there is and the more room I have to dig. I can get in there and do my business and fling litter like crazy.

And yes those automatic litter boxes look a bit scary to me, too. I don't exactly know how it would know if I'm in there, you know? That's all I need - to be in there, relaxing, and all of a sudden here comes "the thing." Don't know what that would do to me.

Thanks for stopping by to chat with me Daisy. You're an awfully purrty gal!

Those robot litter boxes make me feel a little bit skerred. We use Feline Pine clumping on account of Harley's EGC (he can't use anything with dyes or perfumes). I like a big litter box.
